A.R. Rahman in Oscar race again

India's first music director to win a double Oscar, A. R. Rahman remains in contention for the much coveted statuette again as his original score and song Ginga' from Pele – The Birth of a Legend' is in the long list of 91 tunes selected this year.

A.R. Rahman received the Oscar for Best Original Score and Best Original Song for Jai Ho' in Danny Boyle's Slumdog Millionaire'. We wish the Mozart of Madras the very best for repeating History again.
