Aanad L. Rai to direct a biopic about chess grandmaster, Viswanathan Anand.

Bollywood loves biopics. It's been one the most successful genres in recent years. There's gonna be one more name on the already long list. Director Aanand L. Rai has announced that he'll be making a biopic on chess grandmaster, Viswanathan Anand.

According to reports, Viswanathan has given his approval on the film which will showcase his journey of becoming first Indian Grandmaster and later, the World Champion. Although the makers haven't casted anybody yet but it is being speculated that Dhanush might play the lead.

The film might go on floor sometime around July 2021.
