Popular actors son offered Rolex brother character by cheaters using Lokesh Kanagarajs name

The news that the son of a famous actor has been duped with the offer of playing the role of Rolex's brother in the upcoming film 'Vikram 2' directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj has caused a great shock.

It is well known that Suriya played the role of the powerful villain Rolex in the last five minutes of the Kamal Haasan-starrer Vikram directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. It was also said that the sequel 'Vikram 2' is going to be made in the future with the Rolex character returning as the chief antagonist.

In this situation, the son of famous Telugu actor Brahmaji was apparently contacted by a man posing as Lokesh's manager and offerred the role of Rolex's brother in 'Vikram 2'. Based on this, the youngster sent his photos and the man confirmed that he was selected for the role. The man then asked for Rs. 30,000 money to buy the costumes. The aspiring star kid Sanjay Kumar had sent the money and the cheater then switched off the cell phone. It is said that only after this did Sanjay realize that he had been cheated.

Brahmaji has shared the incident on social media to alert others that such a cheating operation using Lokesh Kanaragaj's name is underway by the miscreants. A cyber crime complaint has been lodged.

Lokesh Kanagaraj is currently busy in the promotional activities of his new movie 'Leo' starring Thalapathy Vijay, Trisha and Sanjay Dutt that is slated for release on October 19th. He is next set to direct Superstar Rajinikanth's 'Thalaivar 170' produced by Sun Pictures. Both films have music by Anirudh, cinematography by Manoj Paramahamsa, art direction by Sathish, stunt direction by Anbariv and editing by Philomin Raj.
