During the 80s which is considered as one of the golden eras of Tamil cinema one hero who emerged as the most favorite was undoubtedly Mohan. With his family friendly subjects and backed by vintage Ilayaraja's music he gave tough competition to Kamal and Rajini and many of his films surpassed theirs at the box office.

For the past two decades Mohan went into a self imposed hiatus in Kollywood though he has done a few Kannada and Telugu films. We recently broke the news to you that Mohan is making a comeback in a new movie titled 'Haraa' directed by Vijay Sri G of 'Da Da 87' fame.

Vijay Sri G has shared that Mohan has hit the gym and has reduced weight to get super fit. He will apparently play a father of a grown up daughter and their relationship forms the crux of the story. He has further added that as a sweet surprise in a twenty minute flashback sequence Mohan will appear as his younger self and will have similar looks to his eighties films.

Another highlight of 'Haraa' is that Mohan and Khushbu are pairing up for the first time in Tamil though they have shared screenspace before in the Telugu movie 'Aathma Katha'.
