Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu had a huge career boost in recent times in the form of the item song 'Oo Antava' from 'Pushpa'. She followed it up with an endearing performance in Vignesh Shivan's 'Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kadhal'. Fans felt that her seasons with both Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara are a treat to watch.

Sam currently has her hands full with a number of projects including the multilingual projects 'Yashoda' and 'Kushi', the Bollywood project 'Citadel' and the Hollywood flick 'Arrangements of Love'.

Meanwhile Tollywood is abuzz with the news that Samantha is in talks to host the full season of 'Bigg Boss 6' Telugu version. The previous host Nagarjuna Akkineni the ex-father in law of the actress has reportedly given this season a skip due to his film commitments. The automatic choice to replace him for the producers was Sam.

Samantha is not new to 'Bigg Boss' as she hosted a few episodes of season 4 in 2020 in the absence of Nag who was shooting in North India for a film. We have to wait for the official confirmation on Samantha hosting 'Bigg Boss 6'.
