Few months back, there were reports of Hrithik Roshan starring in the remake of 2016 British miniseries 'The Night Manager'. The actor was going to make his digital debut with this project and he was even willing to walk out of the 'Vikram Vedha' remake in order to play the lead in this. However, Hrithik ultimately left the project and makers have been on the lookout for a replacement ever since.

Latest reports suggest that makers have roped in actors Aditya Roy Kapoor and Anil Kapoor for the show. Aditya is set to replace Hrithik in the role which was originally played by Tom Hiddleston. On the other hand, Anil Kapoor will portray a shady businessman who is actually a arms dealer. The role was originally played by High Laurie. The duo previously starred together in the film 'Malang'.

Directed by Sandeep Modi, this six episode spy thriller in still in the casting phase and it'll go on floors as soon as the cast and dates are finalized.
