Aishwarya Rajesh to play the lead in superhit remake?

Director Kannan has been known for movies like Jayam Kondan, Kanden Kaadhalai, Settai, Vandhaan Vendraan, Boomerang etc. He has last directed the comedy entertainer Biskoth starring Santhanam.

After completing Thalli Pogathey starring Atharva and Anupama Parameswaran, it was announced that Kannan is directing the Tamil and Telugu remake of recent Malayalam hit movie Great Indian Kitchen starring Nimisha Sajayan and Suraj Venjaramoodu.

Now the latest buzz is that versatile actress Aishwarya Rajesh has been signed to play the female lead in the remake of The Great Indian Kitchen and an official announcement is expected soon. This movie begins shooting from March.
