Lyricist Vivek has been well known for writing songs in Vijay's movies like Mersal, Sarkar and now he has also written songs in the upcoming movie of Vijay, Bigil directed by Atlee and his songs like Verithanam, Maathare, Singappenne have become chartbusters.

Yesterday, Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan had a question and answer session with fans and he had answered questions about Ajith,Vijay and Dhanush besides also about acting in Tamil movies. As Vivek retweeted SRK's tweet about Ajith, angry Ajith fans attacked him asking why he is retweeting Ajith related tweet while he writes lyrics only for Vijay.

Similarly Vijay fans also got angry and questioned why he is retweeting Ajith related tweets. Vivek replied that he cannot do anything for such people who think this way and said he has written 15-17 songs in past 10 days and will be doing some other work even if he is not a lyricist, and has no need to be a supporter of anyone, and shared the tweets just because a Bollywood actor spoke high of Tamil stars and revealed he is not writing lyrics for Thala 60.
