Ajith Kumar on the past weekend flew to Bangkok along with actress Manju Warrier to take part in the final leg of shooting of his upcoming biggie 'Thunivu'. The film directed by H. Vinoth and produced by Boney Kapoor is eyeing a grand Pongal 2023 release worldwide in theaters.

As usual fans surrounded the mass hero at the airport and the 52 year old sportingly posed for photos, hugged them and even saluted female airport staff. The videos went viral throwing the AK fans on cloud nine.

One particular video that went viral on the internet is when Ajith was filling in documents a person slyly stood beside him and signalled his friend to take a snap without the knowledge of the superstar. Noticing it Ajith gave a long silent stare at the man who backed off immediately.

Ajith fans celebrated the video pointing to a scene in Ajith's superhit 'Aarambam' in which he also will stare at a villain and make him lose his cool. A social media user had posted meme of the event which director Vignesh Shivan shared with pride on his Insta stories.

Vignesh Shivan will begin shooting Ajith's next 'AK 62' by the end of the year. The big budget project is produced by Lyca Productions with Anirudh scoring the music.
