Akshara doesn't need me: Shruti

Saying that her younger sister Akshara Haasan is self-made, bold and independent, Shruti Haasan says she (Akshara) is intelligent enough to take care of herself.

"She doesn't need my help in her career. Not just she, but women of this generation don't need anyone's push. They can take good care of themselves," says Shruti.

Shruti's 'Gabbar is Back' is getting released tomorrow, along with her father Kamal Haasan's 'Uttama Villain'. "Yes, I am excited about it. I want both films to taste success," says Shruti, who is shooting with Vijay for 'Puli' and will soon start working on Ajith's next to be helmed by Siva.
