Actress Akshara Haasan, the daughter of Ulaga Nayagan Kamal Haasan had debuted in Tamil with Thala Ajith starrer Vivegam and was last seen in Tamil in the Vikram starrer Kadaram Kondan produced by Kamal Haasan himself.

It was recently received that Akshara, who was last seen as one of the leads in the webseries Finger Tip, is back to films and is playing the lead in an interesting female centric entertainer produced by Trend Loud, a popular youtube channel and digital media company.

This movie has been titled Achcham Madam Naanam Payirppu and is directed by debutant Raja Ramamoorthy, who had previously directed a web series America Maapillai for Zee 5. This movie's first look was released yesterday, and has turned viral. Achcham Madam Naanam Payirppu stars Akshara as a girl from a conservative family stuck between her desires and the societal restrictions, and also stars singer Usha Uthup as Akshara's grandmother.
