Superstar Rajinikanth’s political entry has been receiving appreciation and criticisms from the political and the film fraternity. Thelatest to opine about the issue is director Amir who thinks that his political entry will mean another family politics in the state. 

Amir said that there was a probability that Rajini’s family members might get hold of the party and the leadership in the future citing the actor’s age and health issues. “Though I have no issues with Rajinikanth becoming the Chief Minister, I’m only afraid that this will lead to another family politics in tamil Nadu,” Amir said.
