The entire state is worried about the fate of the 2 year old child Surjith, who fell into a 600 feet borewell when he was playing near his house in Nadukattupatti, and everyone is praying for the child to come out safe.

Rescue operations have been happening for more than two days, and there are no signs of rescue yet, which is extremely worrying. Even stars and celebrities have expressed their pain over the situation, and actor Jayam Ravi tweeted about the same.

Jayam Ravi tweeted "How many more kids will fall prey to open borewells in our country? The same mistakes cannot be made over and over again! My prayers for Sujith to return hale & healthy #PrayForSujith". Ravi will be seen next in Lakshman's Bhoomi.
