Music director Anirudh Ravichander the young heartthrob of music lovers celebrates his birthday today.

Anirudh shot to fame with the Kolaveri`song he composed for his debut film 3` which was released as a single track and became an international sensation..

From then on there has been no looking back as Anirudh has been delivering back to back super hit music albums with 3`, Ethirneechal`, Maan Karate`, Vanakkam Chennai` Velai Illa Pattadhari`, the Vijay starrer Kaththi` Kaakki Chattai` and the recent super hit Maari`. Anirudh has also proved his prowess in background music and he worked on the rerecording for the Selvaraghavan directed Irandam Ulagam and achieved plaudits.

Presently Anirudh is working one of the most anticipated films of the year Vedhalam` starring Ajith in the lead role, VIP 2`starring Dhanush and Naanum Rowdy Dhaan` directed by Vignesh Sivan with Vijay Sethupathi in the lead.
