Two movies released last weekend and none of them have seemed to catch the fancy of moviegoers.

Neither 'Aksar' nor 'Mere Jeevan Saathi' fetched favorable reviews with the box office collections too showing an average trend.

Emraan Hashmi's smooch power has come for a flak due to it being overdone while 'Mere Jeevan Saathi' suffers from an overdone plot. Still, there are some plus points coming from both the movies.

Dino Morea has virtually come unscathed from 'Aksar' and is said to be the best part about the movie while the film's music is said to be its saving grace.

On the other hand, Karisma Kapoor has been widely acclaimed (as expected) from all quarters for her obsessive act while surprisingly Akshay Kumar has been accused of a lackluster performance.
