'AWE' theme song is its heart & soul: Director

The theme song of 'AWE', what its director Prasanth Varma has described as the film's heart and soul, is out. Composed by Mark K Robin, the number has been crooned by Sharon in a baby's voice.

Krishna Kanth's lyrics seem to tell the story of redemption and hope. It's difficult to see through their meaning since the lyrics are mainly story-based. And 'AWE' seems to have a not-so-straightforward story.

Joel's drums, Joel Sastry's guitars and the way the song sounds is psychedelic.

The film, starring Kajal Aggarwal, Nithya Menen, Regina Cassandra, Murali Sharma, Srinivas Avasarala, Priyadarshi and others will hit the screens on Feb 16.
