'Mantra' has been the biggest surprise hit of the year. Right from the teasers to the film, the makers hit the bull’s eye.

Though the film's producers had to go through hell to complete the film, the film is running to full houses and has been declared a hit. Now, that’s reason enough to make even the top stars inquisitive about the film.

Balakrishna and his family watched a special screening of Mantra at the Film Chamber’s preview theatre on Christmas Day.

The film has also worked wonders for Charmme’s image, as she took the bold step to act in the film with minimum make-up, something that no top actress would dare to do.
