Bellamkonda, VV Vinayaks Chatrapathi remake set for a big launch

It's known that Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas and director VV Vinayak have joined hands with Pen Studios for the Hindi remake of 'Chatrapathi'. The news is that the film will have a grand launch this Friday.

Producer Dr. Jayantilal Gada has said that writer Vijayendra Prasad (who penned the Telugu original and is also the writer of 'Baahubali' and 'RRR') has re-imagined 'Chatrapathi' for the Hindi audience. Suitable changes have been made. Besides, the female lead is going to have a bigger space in the story, unlike in the Telugu version.

After its grand launch, the film will hit the floors.

On his part, the lead man is fully prepped up for the challenging role. Since he has to don a new look for the film, the 'Rakshasudu' actor has undergone rigorous training physically.

The makers are happy that Bellamkoonda, known for action films like 'Jaya Janaki Nayaka' has owned a flat in Mumbai and has collaborated with Bollywood celeb trainer Prashant Sawant for the big-ticket remake. For the unversed, Sawant has trained the likes of SRK and Ajay Devgn in the past.

Coming to the upcoming schedule, it will be shot in Hyderabad. Art director Sunil Babu has reconstructed the set that had been damaged by the summer rains.
