Actress and Model Meera Mitun, who has acted in few movies like 8 Thottakkal and Thaanaa Serndha Koottam, was one of the controversial contestants of Bigg Boss season 3, and before going to Bigg Boss, she had revealed that she is a part of Siva Karthikeyan starrer Namma Veettu Pillai, but was not in the film.

Regarding this, Meera had tweeted "Ten days Shoot in scorching heat and round the clock work for the movie #NammaVeettuPillai Also one song shoot Jigiri dhosthu.... After I come out from bigboss, @sunpictures @pandiraj_dir tell me they will remove me from the movie because I went to @vijaytelevision. I feel really unhappy about the lack of healthy competition in Kollywood !I guess even @Siva_Kartikeyan was from @vijaytelevision ! Get the culture of professionalism in Kollywood first and foremost, to enhance the quality of movies and artists !".

Now Meera Mitun has been removed from another movie Agni Siragugal directed by Moodar Koodam Naveen as well, and recently Akshara Haasan joined the cast, and Meera has tweeted indirectly hinting that Akshara replaced her. "Well another news, all of ya all know i was roped inn Agni sirugugal movie starring arunvijay , here's the proof below where director also confirmed @NaveenFilmmaker @TSivaAmma.Am removed from the movie and all of ya all know who has been roped inn now in my place for the movie @agnisirugugal".
