Did Oviya refuse tribute song due to ego clash with Anjali?

As reported by us earlier, Yuvan Shankar Raja has tuned “Neenga Shutup Pannunga” and Anirudh has sung it as a promo song for the upcoming Balloon' directed by Sinish. The director had said that the song is a tribute to Oviya who used the line in Bigg Boss' which became a rage among her fans.
It is reported that the Balloon' team had approached Oviya to sing the song in the film, which she politely refused even though she was delighted by the tribute to her. Some sections of the media are carrying news that Oviya turned down the offer because the film has Anjali in the lead. They further spin that during the making of Kalakalappu' the two lead actresses had ego clashes. Oviya is known for her kind and friendly nature and this news is unlikely to have any truth in it.
