Anurag Kashyap’s most commercial film after ‘Gangs Of Wasseypur’, this project has been the director’s most ambitious project till date. Also this would the first time that audiences will get to see a fresh pair on screen with Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma coming together for the first time. Besides, Karan Johar debuts as a full-length actor and Kay Kay Menon, Vivaan Shah and Siddharth Basu in supporting roles.
Ranbir plays Johnny Balraj in the film and is obsessed about his lady love Rosie played by Anushka Sharma and would go to any lengths to have her in his life in this romantic thriller set against the backdrop of the 60s Bombay.
