Thala Ajith had recently wrapped his 59th movie Ner Konda Paarvai, the official Tamil remake of Bollywood hit Pink starring Taapsee Pannu and Amitabh Bachchan, and the Tamil version also stars Shraddha Srinath, Vidya Balan, Abhirami Venkatachalam and Andrea Tariang.

Next it has been said that Thala Ajith will team up again with Ner Konda Paarvai director H Vinoth for an action packed entertainer yet again to be produced by Boney Kapoor. This movie was said to be expected to start shooting from August, and now the producer Boney Kapoor himself has revealed an aspect of the movie.

In a recent interview, Boney Kapoor has stated "I was pleasantly surprised to know Thala Ajith's passion towards racing and other sports. It was only natural that our next project Thala 60 is a thriller that uses his passion for speed." Following this statement from Boney, fans are expecting that Ajith might play a racer or there might be lot of racing sequences in Thala 60.
