Thala Ajith's Ner Konda Paarvai, also starring Shraddha Srinath, Abhirami, Andrea Tariang, Vidya Balan, Arjun Chidambaram, Rangaraj Pandey, Delhi Ganesh was released worldwide on August 8, and the movie has been received very critically and commercially.

The movie has been receiving great reviews and the collections are said to be on the rise as well, withthe first day collections estimated at close to 25 crores and is expected to emerge as the second consecutive success for Ajith at the box office after Viswasam.

Following this, producer Boney Kapoor has tweeted and thanked fans for their support. "Overwhelmed by the love and response being showered on #NerkondaPaarvai by the audience. #NomeansNo is resonating all across. Thank you to all" read his tweet. Boney Kapoor is producing Ajith's 60th movie as well.
