'Melody Brahma' Mani Sharma`s Film Nagar residence in Hyderabad was burgled the other day. Cash to the tune of Rs. 4 lacs was reportedly stolen from an almirah by unidentified men when the music director was to Chennai.

The technician's manager immediately registered a complaint at the Banjara Hills police station. As per some reports, Mani Sharma's aide has been interrogated with regard to the matter.

Mani is nowadays back in the reckoning, bagging one film after another. He recently composed the BGM for 'Touch Chesi Chudu'. His son, Swara Sagar Mahati, has composed the music for 'Chalo'.
