Legendary actor-politician Vijayakanth hasn't been in his best shape in recent years. Captain was admitted to a hospital in Chennai after falling sick on November 18. MIOT International Hospital earlier informed that there was a setback in his health and requires continuous treatment.

Premalatha Vijayakanth told the fans and DMDK followers that Captain is healing with a video and photos of him from the hospital. A few celebrities visited him at the hospital earlier. Now, the latest hot news is that he has been discharged from the hospital today. This was updated by both hospital and DMDK party. This news is going viral now.

The hospital shared a new statement which says, "Mr. Vijayakanth was discharged home today after a full recovery following treatment at MIOT Hospitals Chennai." The fans and party followers are now happy and relieved that Captain Vijayakanth is doing well after spending many days in hospital.
