The passing away of Venu Madhav has been deeply condoled by the Telugu film industry. The talented comedy actor's death has shocked and saddened his industry colleagues.

Megastar Chiranjeevi said that Venu Madhav had a great future in cinema. "He died young. His first movie with me was 'Master'. He went on to play a number of memorable roles in his career after that. Some of the performances would make us believe that the roles were made for him. His premature death was not expected," the 'Sye Raa' actor said.

Pawan Kalyan recalled his association with Venu Madhav since the days of 'Gokulam Lo Seetha'. "He was highly talented and was a superb mimicry artiste. He would very keen on political issues as well," the Jana Sena chief added.

Expressing grief, Superstar Mahesh Babu said, "Extremely sad to hear about the demise of Venu Madhav garu. May his soul rest in peace. Extending my heartfelt condolences to his family and loved ones."

Senior actor and MAA President VK Naresh said, "Saddened to hear the sudden demise of #VenuMadhav. He was a terrific actor and comedian. He also served as MAA executive member for couple of terms. His contribution is invaluable."

Nani said, "I remember how much I controlled my laughter holding the clap board when Venu Madhav gaaru was in the frame during Radha Gopalam. His energy and timing are unmatchable. God bless his soul and my deepest condolences to the family."
