Covid-19 infections affect new schedule of Nagarjunas The Ghost

'The Ghost' is the upcoming project starring Akkineni Nagarjuna, whose 'Bangarraju' has been claimed to have made Rs 76 Cr (Gross) in three weeks. 'The Ghost', which is an action thriller, has been directed by Praveen Sattaru.

The news is that the big-ticket movie's Dubai schedule, which was supposed to be kicked off from the second week of February, has been called off. The reason is that a few members of its crew have tested positive for Covid-19. They are asymptomatic and have been given the fullest care by the production team to enable quick recovery.

The cancellation of the Dubai schedule has been taken in consultation with Nagarjuna. The actor is ready to wait out, for the film has been progressing successfully as planned. A couple of weeks of delay won't affect much.

Also starring Sonal Chauhan, who is going to play stunts in the movie, the film will feature action scenes mounted by Thai action director Seelum Pradit aka Nung and Ganesh K.

Produced by Narayan Das Narang, Puskur RamMohan Rao, and Sharrath Marar, the film has cinematography by Mukhesh G. Gul Panag and Anikha Surendran have key parts.
