In questioning the BJP on a range of issues like the Rohith Vemula suicide and patriotism, actor and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan has come across as a confused political leader who is not properly informed.

In his latest round of tweets apparently aimed at asking of the BJP hard questions on patriotism, Pawan has wrongly suggested that the Supreme Court order making the playing of the National Anthem mandatory in cinemas is the policy of the BJP-led NDA government.

"A simple evening to spend time with family and friends to watch a movie has been made into a testing ground to prove ones patriotism. Why not political parties start their meetings with the National Anthem? Why only cinemas?" he has tweeted.
