There is an air of tension prevailing around the Chepauk stadium as protesters have gathered to voice out against the CSK vs KKR match tonight. Amidst tight security devised by the authorities, it seems like the situation is only growing worse.

A video has emmerged online in which Chennai Super Kings superfan CSK Saravanan is seen walking towards a cop and complaining that he was badly hit by protesters.  Apart from this the Anna Salai stretch is being thronged with protesters including eminent personalities such as director Bharathiraja and lyricist Vairamuthu as well.

It is also said that since the road has been blocked , there would be difficulty in player getting transported to the stadium. Watch this space for more updates. Check out the video below.
