Challenging star of Kannada cinema Darshan is playing dual role with newcomer Shubra Ayyappa as heroine in 'Indhra' with shades of Tamil film 'Arrasu'. H.Vasu who has directed 'Bhagwan' in Kannada and Telugu and 'Laali Haadu' starring Darshan is directing this film. R.B.Chaudhary of Super Good Films and Kuppuswamy are jointly producing this film. Earlier the duo producers made 'Oh Nanna Nalle' and 'Sai' in Kannada.

The film 'Muhurutha' was held on Thursday morning at Devaiah Park Ganesha Temple in Bangalore. B.A.Madhu has written the dialogues and Harikrishna is the music director and Krishnakumar is the man behind the camera.

Director H.Vasu admitted that the story line is picked from Tamil film 'Arrasu' for which he is adding local ingredients. The characterization of Darshan will be different. In the dual role he has three get ups. There is very good family sentiment in this film he says.

I want to come back to my old form with action in the forefront. After a gap of a few films I am again holding the long sharp edge weapon. But I promise you that there will be no bloodshed in this film says Darshan in address to the media. I am in the age of 25 and 40. This is challenging for me says Darshan who is doing the dual role for the first time.
