Dil Raju is producing a movie titled 'Selfish' with Shirish. Starring his nephew Ashish as the hero, it is co-produced by director-producer Sukumar.

The news is that Ivana of Kollywood, who last year delivered a significant hit in the form of 'Love Today' along with Pradeep Ranganathan, is its heroine. Chaitra is her name in the film. She is hotly pursued by the hero of 'Rowdy Boys' fame. Unveiling a poster featuring the unlikely duo (they look like they come from different worlds altogether in the film), the makers sounded confident that the chemistry between the duo will be a highlight of the rom-com.

The film's music is by Mickey J Meyer. Dil Raju, who is also producing Ram Charan's 'Game Changer', is yet to announce the film's release date.

'Selfish' is thoroughly backed by Sukumar. His banner, Sukumar Writings, has scored a hit with 'Virupaksha' this week. The Sai Dharam Tej-starrer has been produced with BVSN Prasad. Harshith Reddy and Hanshitha Reddy, too, are in form after 'Balagam'. In short, everyone associated with 'Selfish' on the production side are going great guns.
