Don - A film that has number of questions to answer!
Will Farhan Akhtar live up the immense expectations from both the current and the older generation who have seen the original film umpteenth times?
Will Shahrukh Khan manage to fit into the big boots of the original Don - Amitabh Bachchan?
Will the script of the new Don outshine the classic?

Though the basic storyline of 'Don - The Chase Begins Again' is similar to the 70s blockbuster, expect a few twists and turns in the narrative. Also, the film visibly looks much slicker, much more exciting and should result in a high adrenaline drive!
The story of Don cuts across two continents Asia and Europe. The crime in picture is drug trafficking which is controlled by a drug lord named Singhania. While the crime is peaking up in a big way across these continents, the intelligence receives reports that the center of all the action is Kuala Lumpur.
In order to nab the criminals, Indian and Malaysian intelligence and Anti-narcotic departments start working together. Their target is Singhania as they believe on doing so they would be able to curb the illegal activities.
Little did they know that while Singhania was a name, the man who helped him in his business was a ruthless, heartless and a daring soul who wanted nothing but absolute power.
He knew that he had police from 11 countries after him. But he also knew that catching him was not just difficult but simply impossible.
He was DON [Shahrukh Khan].
In his quest to be numero uno in the world of crime, he was constantly expanding his business across various continents. So what if this journey meant dodging bullets, escaping attacks and killing people?
DON knew that he was THE KING!
While DON continued to live life dangerously, the man who was putting all his effort to nail him down was DCP DeSilva [Boman Irani], an Indian police officer with Narcotics department. His only mission in life was to catch hold of DON.
And one day he succeeded.
From hereon began a deadly plan that no one from both within the departments or Don's own gang of criminals could ever guess. A plan that was formulated by DeSilva much in advance. A plan which if put to shape could finish off the entire drug trafficking racket from its roots.
DeSilva had trained a young man named Vijay [Shahrukh Khan], a man who resembled DON by all means, to take his place in the gang as the real DON was holed up by him! Why? Because on doing so, Vijay could pass him all the information on the illegal activities going in the gang and finish off each and every inch of the empire.
The plan starts taking shape after Vijay becomes a part of the gang which has no hesitation in expecting him as their boss. But soon the unthinkable happens and DeSilva is killed in a raid. Since apart from DeSilva no one else knew about the real entity of Vijay, he finds himself in a helpless state since now he had two battles to fight.
One with the law which believes he is DON and hence is after his life to end his rule.
Other with his own gang since now they have realized that he is Vijay and not DON and hence want to finish off his existence.
