Dongaata to release on May 8

The buzz surrounding the release of Manchu Lakshmi's forthcoming film Dongata is cleared. The crime-comedy will release on May 8, according to the actress.
Earlier in the day, Lakshmi surprised everyone with her tweet saying that if the uncertainty over the release dates of Uttama Villain and Ganga on May 1 continues to prevail, she shall pre-pone the release of her film Dongata and screen on May 1. However, she eventually locked May 8 as the release date.
Dongata, directed by Vamsi Krishna, had Sesh Adivi in the lead role. Lakshmi plays the role of an actress in the film, which is about three guys who kidnap Lakshmi and the events that follow between them.
