Directed by Mohan G, the movie Draupadi had released on Ferbruary 28 worldwide, and has been receiving negative reviews all over. Starring Richard Rishi and Sheela in lead roles, the so called vigilante movie has faced lots of controversies.

Said to be a crowd funded movie, Draupadi has been said to be against a particular section of the society. However it has been said that the movie has fared well at the box office and many politicians have also appreciated the movie.

After H Raja and PMK leader Ramadoss, now Tamil Nadu Minister for Milk and Dairy development Rajendira balaji has watched the movie, and he has tweeted praising Draupadi as a good awareness movie for women and parents, and appreciated the team.
