Ganesh in 'Circus'

Golden star Ganesh is teamed with Mumbai beauty Archana Gupta in 'Circus' that is going on the floor on 2nd of August in Bangalore. The redeeming feature of this 'Circus' is that 70 percent of the shooting will be held in train says director Dayal Padmanabhan. Dayal is going in for IDBI loan to make this Rs.5 crore budget 'Circus' and starting his own production house 'Dayal Pictures' on the muhurut day at Capitol Hotel in Bangalore.

This has been the seven years dream of director Dayal Padmanabhan who made some interesting films like 'Ba Baro Rasika' in Kannada and then switched on to production executive profession. He worked in the capacity of production executive for 'Gaalipata' and now going for a big scale production.

In the Mysore, Konkan, Sakleshpur, Subramanya, Madhurai and Changoti railway zones he is shooting and the big chunk of expenses goes towards the permission fee says Dayal. Archana Gupta from Mumbai is playing counterpart to Golden star Ganesh and there are six songs from music director Emil. Shekar Chandru is getting assistance of five other reputed cameramen GSV Seetharam, Ramesh Babu, Krishnakumar, Sathya Hegde and Krishna.

'Circus' is a romantic comedy thriller. It starts from a railway station in Mysore and conclude at Bangalore City railway station.

Well known producer Rockline Venkatesh has bought the world wide distribution rights of 'Circus' is an interesting development.

Avinash, Ashok Rao, Gurudatt, Muni, Dharma, Layendra, Avinash Bharadwaj, Mithra, Pavan, Murali, Achut Kumar, Shri, Naveen, Sai Krishna, Vijayasarathi, Yathiraj, Renu, Padmaja Rao, Rekha Das, Bindu, Aruna Balaraj, Suma Rao, Nisha are in the supporting cast.

Joni Harsha is the editor. The dialogues are written by Dayal Padmanabhan and Yogaraj Bhat. Jayanth Kaikini, Yogaraj Bhat, Kaviraj, Manjunatha Rao have written the lyrics. One song will be shot at Jumbo Circus. There will be no animals for the song.

This is 54 days schedule and the film is slated for release for January 14 2009.
