17 year old among three arrested for robbing Gautham Karthik

On December 2nd young actor Gautham Karthik was traveling by bicycle when on the busy TTK road in the Alwarpet area in Chennai when two men snatched his costly mobile phone and scooted off. The police registered a case and were on the hunt for the criminals who have dared to rob a celebrity and that too in broad daylight in the heart of the city.

The Alwarpet police have now arrested one Sarath and his accomplice a seventeen-year-old boy who confessed to the crime. One Fairooz Khan of Royapettah was also arrested for buying the stolen cellphone from the duo.

Gautham Karthik is currently acting in a number of films including 'Navarasa', Ezhil project, Muthiah project and a few others with newcomers.
