Director Gautham Menon had last delivered the Simbu starrer Achcham Yenbathu Madamaiyada in 2016, and his next two movies - the Dhanush starrer Enai Nokki Paayum Thotta and the Chiyaan Vikram starrer Dhruva natchathiram are expected to release within this year.

On the other hand, the director had also wrapped shooting his web series Queen, the biopic of former Tamil Nadu chief minister Jayalalitha, starring Ramya Krishnan, Indrajith Sukumaran and this series is produced by Times group. Now, Gautham Menon has been confirmed to be a part of another exciting venture.

Sony Liv, and exciting new platform for web content is getting into Tamil market, and have announced several web projects in Tamil, and have announced to partner with Ondraga Entertainment of Gautham Menon, AVM Productions and many others including director Balaji Mohan and veteran maker Singeetam Srinivasa Rao. It has been expected that Gautham might be directing a web series on Sony Liv as well and an official announcement is expected soon.
