Genelia D'Souza, the ‘Jaane Tu’ girl who is making it big in Bollywood and Tollywood alike, has denied reports of any relationship with Ritesh Deshmukh. She teamed up with the actor for her first Hindi film 'Tujhe Meri Kasam'.

'I'm very much single. Ritesh is my friend. But that's it. I've no idea where these rumours emerge from. We're both very busy. When we occasionally meet up, we're normal with each other,' says the actress about the gossip on their relationship.

Stating that she was never that keen on an acting career, Genelia says, “But when I saw how I was appreciated down south, I fell in love with the industry. I've been lucky. I didn't plan anything. So far it's been an awesome journey.”
