Finally Kamal Haasan's much-awaited Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu will hit the screens on 25 August.

After witnessing several troubles, the movie is finally getting ready for release on 25 August.

Interestingly the movie is opening in a record number of theatres in Chennai. Nearly a dozen screens including Melody theatres, known only for releasing latest Hindi releases, will open for Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu.

According to reports, the movie featuring Kamal Haasan, Jyothika, Kamalini Mukherjee and Prakash Raj has come out really well and the cop story has been given a fresh color by director Gowtham Menon. Harris Jeyaraj's music is already topping the charts.

Producer Manickam Narayanan is happy to overcome all hurdles and finally release the movie.
