Ghosts spooks an entire village amid coronavirus outbreak!

While the Police in India have been trying their best to stop people from breaking quarantine laws after the government announced a nationwide lockdown of 1.3 billion people to contain the spread of the coronavirus, a village in Indonesia has 'ghosts' to spook the people who step put out of house unnecessarily.

ghost Well, it's an unconventional initiative of a group of the Indonesian police to promote social distancing as the coronavirus spreads in a village named Kepuh. As you know, the concept of "ghosts" remains an age-old superstition that will still work among the public.

Wrapped in white shrouds with powdered faces and kohl-rimmed eyes, the ghostly figures are popularised as "pocong", meaning trapped souls of the dead. Well, the supernatural strategy happens to be working, with villagers shutting themselves at home in fright.
