It's known that Gopichand's upcoming movie is an action spy thriller titled 'Chanakya'. The makers have said that the First Look of the entertainer, released recently, has been garnering much appreciation from everyone.

Thiru, a Kollywood director, is at the helm, handling the romantic pair of Gopichand and Mehreen Pirzada. Zareen Khan has a key role.

What about the shoot updates? "We are currently canning 'Chanakya' in Hyderabad. The entire production works but for three songs will be completed by the end of July," they say.

If the music is by Vishal Chandrasekhar, Vetri is the cinematographer. AK Entertainments' Ramabhamam Sunkara is bankrolling the film. It's written by Abburi Ravi.
