Hoping with hope

It is very difficult not to sympathize with somebody like Rajasekhar.

At one point in his career, he was almost a star as his films were a rage in the towns.

But things have fallen on hard times.

His last few films did not rise to even minimum expectations.

Yet, Rajasekhar has kept himself going with a stoicism of a Zen monk.

His next flick Rajababu too is another remake of a Malayalam hit.

This is despite the fact that his last release Nayakudu, another remake, failed at the box office.

But Rajasekhar is a man of convictions. He is sure things will fall in place with Rajababu.

Rajababu’s shooting is progressing fast (over 70 per cent is completed).

Directed by Muppalaneni Siva, the movie has Sridevika making her debut in Telugu.

Two songs are to be shot in Austria and Italy.

The film has a huge cast with Urvasi Sarada, Vijaya Kumar,Brahmanandam, Kovai Sarala, Dharmavarapu Subrahmanyam, Krishna Bhagavan, Kondavalasa, Gautham Raju leading the list.

Rajasekhar will also be hoping that the film itself will lead the list once it is released.
