Director Sajid Khan's Housefull 2 may be a laugh riot but the director who has been known to have a ear
for chartbuster creations as far as his music is concerned. However, this time around Sajid Nadiadwala
and Sajid Khan have roped in music director Sajid Wajid to help with the music unlike Shankar Ehsaan
and Loy who worked in their previous films Heyy Babyy and Housefull. What is interesting about the
songs in Housefull 2 are that there are only four tracks in the album and four additional remix tracks to
lend the album a wholesome appeal.

Music: Sajid Wajid

Lyrics: Sameer

1. Papa Toh Band Bajaye - Listen here

Singer: Neeraj Sreedhar

The first song that kickstars the album is 'Papa Toh Band Bajaye' penned by Sameer and rendered by
Neeraj Sreedhar is a foot tapping number. Sameer has given the lyrics a very humorous touch and Neeraj
has definitely added his bit to make it a fun filled song. The song with a nice blend of rock n roll to Jazz
will appeal to all. The song has a very 80's kind of feel to it. The song may do well for a few days but
will eventually fade out.

2. Anarkali Disco Chali - Listen here

Singers: Mamta Sharma and Sukhwinder Singh

Next comes 'Anarkali Disco Chali', sung by Mamta Sharma (of 'Munni' fame) accompanied by
Sukhwinder Singh's expertise is a contemporary item number with a lot of rhythm and club beats. The
song picturised on Malaika Arora Khan has already become a chartbuster. A funky mix of seductive
beats laced with the interludes of tabla makes it sound very desi at the same time. The very fact that it is
repeated twice in a regular 'remix' and a 'hyper mix' version (with Sukhwinder Singh as a add-on vocalist
in all three versions) further ensures that it is neither raunchy nor cheap and will appeal to all with it's
masti and fun element. After Munni badnaam and Sheila ki jawani it will the number one track at the
music stores.

3. Right Now Now - Listen here

Singers: Wajid, Sunidhi Chauhan and Suzzane De Mello

A hip hop number 'Right Now Now', a romantic track sung by Wajid, Sunidhi Chauhan and Suzzane
De Mello. A very peppy number with a lot of passion and oomph to it. The fine tuning of strums of the
guitar and the bagpiper in the background adds zest to it and gives it a much retro feel. Though the song
has the feel of Akon's 'Oh Girl You're Mine'. The mood of the song is very seductive and sexy. The
remix version by DJ Khushi of this song definitely sounds better and improves the original material. A
music that will have a repeat audience at the clubs with its fabulous rave sounds.

4. Do You Know - Listen here

Singers: Shaan and Shreya Ghoshal

Lastly 'Do You Know' is a soft romantic and breezy track sung by Shaan and Shreya Ghoshal . This one
also comes with a remix version, which has a vintage appeal. But is a sure let down. . Shot on all the
four heroes and the heroes this song Sajid has surely added the song to show time lapse in the film and

continues to carry the story forward. However it does not have much appeal to it and seems to be the only
weak number in the album.

Overall : The music of Housefull 2 is peppy and footapping. While Anarkali Disco Chali and Right
Now Now are definite chart busters. Papa Toh Band Bajaye will be played at most of the events and
parties. The songs of Housefull has been challenging factor for the musical duo Sajid Wajid and
comparisons are bound to be made after their successful tryst with Dabangg however, the music directors
have not failed to impress.
