The talented actress Bhama of 15 films in four years of career in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada has reduced her weight to look apt for her recent Kannada film 'Shyloo'. Bhama replaced Sanusha Santosh for this film says she is indebted to her mentor Lohit Das who introduced her in 'Nivedham'.

Finding the professional career going in good speed Bhama intends to pick good quality roles in her career. My first film in Kannada 'Modhala Sala' (first time) with director Purushottam, Ondhu Kshanadalli with director Dinesh Baboo were good and now this one 'Shyloo' I am extremely happy for the title role that is very tough to perform. I want to take up such challenging roles and the basement I got was good.

Bhama is slowly learning the Kannada language and at the media meet at Munnar on last Sunday afternoon she picked a few lines from her memory. I want to be a professional actress and good role is my ambition. I pray God for that matter. For the good role I would put in maximum effort says the pretty actress Bhama.

Bhama is the admirer of Sridevi and Jayapradad for acting prowess and charm. She likes Dr Kamal Hassan among all male actors.
