Vijay Deverakonda has watched 'Jersey' and he has written a short appraisal of the cricket-based family drama.

"I choked up, I clapped, I rooted for Arjun (Nani's character). Nani - Full love to you. Gowtam Tinnanuri - I am so excited to see all that you have in store. Note - Nani should play for SRH (Sunrisers Hyderabad). What striking!" the 'Geetha Govindam' actor tweeted out. Gowtam is the film's director.

Meanwhile, Deverakonda is gearing up for the release of 'Dear Comrade', starring Rashmika Mandanna as the heroine. If the film doesn't release on May 31, it will release in the second half of June. The youthful drama is being made in four languages (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam).
