Inkokkadu
It's Vikram ahoy. 'Inkokkadu' ('Iru Mugan' in Tamil) is a thriller with a difference. Starring Vikram in dual roles, the thriller also stars Nayanathara and Nithya Menen. It's directed by Anand Shankar.
The trailer, if anything, has only suggested that the technical elements are top class. But the USP is something else: it's Vikram's Love, an effeminate character.
Expect Vikram to smash it. He is seen in two roles. One is of a RAW agent, complete with a bearded look. The other one is of a villain by name Love, who is a havoc-creator wreaking a catastrophe with his scientific knowledge. While Vikram looks intense in the former, in the latter, he is quirkiness and eccentricity personified. Watch out for his subtle expression and body movies, complete with that of an old nurse.
Nithya Menen plays Vikram's associate (RAW officer on undercover task) and Nayanthara is his love interest. Together with Vikram, Nithya investigates the attack on Indian embassy in Malaysia, where the film is set. Nasser has an important role.
With all familiar faces like Vikram, Nithya Menen and Nayanathara, expect big openings for 'Inkokkadu'.
