'Irumbu Thirai' director cheated me, says Arjun

The 100th day celebration for ‘Irumbu Thirai’ directed by PS Mithran was held today which was graced by the team members. Speaking in the function, Arjun stated that initially he was a little hesitant about acting as the villain in the film as he is used to playing the hero in many patriotic films.

He also added that after hearing the story from the director he was convinced though. “While narrating the story Mithran told me that Samantha and I will travel together in the film in a lot of areas, so I thought she’d be my heroine in the film. But the director cheated me by making her pair for Vishal,” Arjun stated comically.
