Producer Sandeep Singh is all ready for his next project! The talented man`s upcoming film is to be a musical romance with four love stories, across four cities and will also have some unconventional Bollywood pairings. The film, which rolls in June, will be Mallika Sherawat`s next after Dirty Politics` and will see her as an aspiring actress who desperately wants to be famous and ends up falling in love with an idealistic theatre director, Sharman Joshi, who's her polar opposite.

While Mallika and Sharman romance each other in Mumbai, Kalki Koechlin will bond with Gulshan Devaiah through a rock band in Kolkata while actress Patralekha, an NRI NGO worker will fall for graphic designer Amit Sadh. "The fourth story is set in Varanasi, with newcomer Ieshaan Sehgaal playing a tourist guide. We're still scouting for a new girl to play the college student opposite him," informed Sandeep. "Each is an independent story linked at the beginning and the end."

Sandeep plans to wrap up the shoot across cities in 60 days and said, "Fortunately, everyone who's read the script has loved it, from Mallika who's the most excited amongst all of us to Sanjay Leela Bhansali who wanted to produce the film after Bajirao Mastani. But Anuraadha was eager to get started so he entrusted me with the project." Sandeep who was the former CEO of SLB`s production house also added that Bhansali will be the first one he`ll show the film to as he is greatly inspired by him.

Sandeep also reveals that he would first like to travel to the festivals before releasing the film as both Mallika and Anuraadha are familiar faces on the circuit and the script is universally appealing. He adds with a smile, "There's something I haven't told you yet, Ishq Uncensored has 14 songs, ranging from ghazals, qawwalis and Sufi to rock, romance and even an item song."
