Jaggesh climbs Mullayyana hill

Actor Jaggesh climbed the steep Mullayyana Giri in Chickmagalur to bring in reality in the shoot for the film ‘Lift Kodla’. Climbing the hill was a very tough task as he had to surpass a very hard path. Never mind said Jaggesh and climbed the hill for CMR Productions. The 100 plus films comedy hero, the sitting MLC and vice President of KSRTC Jaggesh made the task easy and got applause from the entire team of the film.

The climax of the film was set at the hill top says the producer CMR Shanker Reddy. Feeling relieved after the climax shoot the director cum cameraman of the film Ashok Kashyap said climbing such a height for the natural scene was difficult and no other actor in Kannada has climbed such a height.

‘Lift Kodla’ the first full length combination of siblings Jaggesh and Komalkumar has completed shoots in Kalasa, St Mary’s Island and other places.

V Manohar scores the music and Ramnarayan has written the dialogues. Shashikumar, Archana Gupta (of Circus fame), Sudarshan, Raju Thalikote, Killer Venkatesh, Kishore, Shobaraj, Manohar, Bullet Prakash, Sadhu Kokila, Bank Janardhan are in the cast.

The Karnataka state information minister Khatta Subramanya Naidu is doing a special role in ‘Lift Kodla’. The shooting of minister’s portion in the film was done around the seat of power Vidhana Soudha in Bangalore.
