Entering the 47th year on 17th March 2010 the famous comedy hero of over 100 films in Kannada, the sitting MLC also vice president of Karnataka State Road Transportation Corporation, Jaggesh has made a resolution for this year’s birthday. He wants to give a solid image to his actor son Gururaj who had a modest debut in ‘Gilli’ last year.

Jaggesh is sparing some time every now and then and sitting on a script work. Jaggesh and his son Gururaj are playing the prominent roles in this film.

Jaggesh answering a phone call from a fan of his from London on his brother Komal Kumar’s mobile came back to his earlier topic- “My son Gururaj has ability and approach so I have decided to star in his film to give him a strong ground like how Puneeth Rajakumar has got from ‘Appu’”, disclosed Jaggesh.

Jaggesh’s birthday bash on Wednesday evening was attended by Minister of Transport, R Ashok, MLA’s CT Ravi and BC Patil. Among the cinema industry actor cum director Ramesh Aravind, Srinivasamurthy, directors Ashok Kashyap, Victory Vasu, actors Dingri Nagaraj, Chidanand and others took part.
